I've owned & operated Ace Mobile Detailing for almost 6 years. I've had the opportunity to detail some of the most beautiful and unique cars ever made. This car is certainly in my top 10 coolest cars I've detailed.

it is a 1971 Porsche 911 with some modifications for when it was brought to the track and raced frequently many years ago. my customer told me he is the 3rd owner of the car. he bought it in 1974 for $100 from an insurance company and converted it to a track/street car. It had issues starting so I pushed it out of the garage before detailing it and pushed it back in when I was done. it was a long and back breaking day but an absolutely incredible experience.

this is my latest minor body repair job I just finished. My customers car was hit in a parking lot and left a long line of scuffs and scratches down the side. when the customer came to see his car when I was all done his jaw dropped. He said, "Greg, how did you do that? I can't see a single scratch".

This 2025 Mercedes AMG C-63 S wagon goes 0-60 in under 3 seconds. the particular color of paint was only used on 40 of these cars, ever. it's 1 of 40 made in Germany that I was lucky enough to detail today.

washing matte paint has many challenges. it can only be washed with certain non- glossy soaps, it can not be rubbed or it will loose the rough texture and have a shiny spot. If it gets scratched there is no polishing it out, it needs to be repainted. The paint has to be completely dry or else it can leave watermarks that will etch into the paint. I have been detailing Mercedes AMG's with matte paint for 5 years. It still gets me a little nervous, because there is no fixing even the smallest mistake. I have always welcomed and embraced all challenges brought to me with my business. I love this job!
