Here are some things you 100% should/can count on your cleaning company to do:)

—You can let them know when you are not happy with something- and you can expect that it will be taken care of:) You should not have to ask more than once, but let’s say twice (it is 2022-everyone is out of their minds now😂)
A good cleaning company would want to know!
We want to be sure that we are doing our very best:)

—Consistency! They should arrive and leave around the same time every time:) Your day should be set and should not change:) Once in a great while things happen, but it should be mostly consistent:)

—Professional behavior, this is a job!

—Professional service, unless you are paying someone on the side.
There is a lot of work that is done after work to keep a company running:)
Work work work…

—Nothing should ever come up missing!

—You should always know that a proper cleaning was done to ensure germs were not passed around.
Story time- once I walked in on my landlords cleaning lady and she had a red rag. She wiped the toilet, then the sink and then ran it down the handrail to the basement🤮

—They have insurance

—And last but not least, you should feel comfortable with your cleaning company. This is your home, this is the place where your favorite things are. You shouldn’t have a bad feeling with someone in your home:)
