That's why we encourage every family to designate a Water Watcher: a dedicated adult who puts down their phone, book, and headphones and stays within arm's reach of non-swimmers. Take turns to avoid fatigue so everyone stays safe and present.

First — take a breath. This is completely normal, and you are not alone.
Crying in the water is one of the most common things we see, especially in younger kids. It's usually separation anxiety, new surroundings, or just the sensation of water. Our coaches at Aqua-Tots Mount Laurel are specifically trained to work through it — with patience, songs, games, and gentle encouragement. Most kids are smiling within a few classes.

We’re officially open in Dubai! This is both our newest school AND the largest Aqua-Tots Swim School in the world. 🏊✨

What started as one swim program in Phoenix, Arizona has grown into a global mission reaching families across 14 countries and delivering more than five million swim lessons every year.
