Accountability is EVERYTHING there’s only one person who is perfect and that’s GOD🙌🏻! I am not perfect! I make mistakes, BUT I own up to my actions, take responsibility & do my very best to make it right! No excuses!
Communication is very important to me! If you’re not happy tell me! I want you to be SUPER happy EVERY cleaning 🧼!!! I do my very best to respond to messages in a timely manner and communicate scheduling. Please show me the same respect 😁!
Respect and manners are at the very top of my priority list! Cleaning is a form of self care 🧖🏾 🧖🏽♀️🧖♂️and helps SOOOO much when you are struggling with your mental health and stressed the heck out🤯! Not only do I want to provide you with a phenomenal 🤩cleaning service I also want you to receive top notch customer service⭐️ from me ALWAYS!! It really ruins an experience for me if the customer service sucks and I do not want my clients to ever feel they didn’t receive wonderful customer service from me 🥹💖!! I also want to be respected and appreciated for my hard work 💪💖! A simple “Thank you” & “please” goes a long way in my book 📕!

To all my small business friends you could do 99% of things right and some ppl will only see the 1% you did wrong. There are some ppl that will never be satisfied even if you do 100% of everything right! You could give your work away FOR FREE and some ppl will STILL be unhappy!!! Every day I learn something new and strive to be better than I was yesterday 💪! I stand firm on who I am, my morals, my boundaries and my confidence in my cleaning skills that God blessed me with 🙌🏻! No amount of money will ever be enough for me to tolerate disrespect from anyone! I choose who I clean for! You could be the messiest person on the planet 🌎 , but if you are a respectful and kind client that means WAYYY more to me than ANY AMOUNT of money!
