This week is Women In Construction Week. And we here at TCL are kicking it off with our very own founder and CEO Sandra Potter. She was born and raised in Mexico, came to live in the United States in the early 1980s and worked and retired from her Registered Nurse position. While working full time as a nurse, in 2007, she began a cleaning company: The Cleaning Leaders LLC. The company then was only a small group of 5 employees with Sandra cleaning along side them. First, was residential cleaning, followed by turnkey cleans, until stepping into construction cleaning. Since that time, the company has expanded to a force of 65 workers. The scope of work has also expanded from turnkey, janitorial, and construction cleaning to adding pressure washing, selective demolition, abatement, dry wall and framing and a sister company . We proudly stand as a woman and minority owned company serving Nashville, Tennessee and surrounding areas all thanks to Sandra Potter.
