Regarding your septic system

Dear valued customer,

We are now offering to have your invoices and reports emailed to you. You will be able to pay directly from this email via Credit, Debit or Bank Transfer as well as card payments over the phone. We still accept Cash, Check, Money Order, Cashiers Check and payments via PayPal and Venmo. Emailing will allow you to obtain your information faster. There are options to print or download to your computer for your convenience. This will also allow you to save on envelopes and postage.

If this is something you’re interested in, please provide us with a current email address. You can email me at [email protected], please include your property address in the body of the email or call Katie at 316-213-6518. No action is required if you do not wish to receive invoices and reports by email.

Hello everyone!

We just wanted to start getting the word out that we'll be accepting payment via PayPal now in addition to check, cash and money orders. Please be patient with us as this is new to us and we're still getting used to it.

Like our paper invoice method, we ask that you include the invoice(s) numbers with your payment. At this time, we will still be mailing out your invoice and report as usual, but there is now a QR code at the bottom of the invoice to make payment go smoother.

We appreciate your patience as we navigate this new payment option and work out any bugs in the process. We hope this will benefit our customers in the best way possible. If you have any questions, reach out to Katie at 316-213-6518, Monday through Friday 7:30am - 4:30pm.
