To the guy who left a note of complaint about the new dryers…….We appreciate feedback and understand that everyone is entitled to their opinions. However, rude or disrespectful notes left in the facility are not acceptable. We ask that all customers treat our business, and property with courtesy and respect.
Our prices are set fairly according to today’s economy and the rising costs of operating commercial equipment. Unfortunately, we do not control gas, utility, or oil prices, and commercial dryers require a large amount of gas to operate efficiently. Like every business, we must adjust pricing to keep the laundromat clean, operational, air conditioned, and properly maintained for our customers.
We are aware of a few minor equipment issues, and a technician has already been assigned to address them. As with any newly updated facility or equipment, occasional adjustments and troubleshooting may be necessary during installation, or regular use. We are actively working to resolve them as quickly as possible. We appreciate your patience while these adjustments are being made.
If you are unhappy with the equipment, pricing, or overall operation of this laundromat, you are welcome to choose a different laundromat that better suits your preferences. Our goal is to provide a clean, safe, and comfortable laundromat for customers who appreciate and respect the business. Market analysis
overall cost to wash and dry laundry at our facility is less than the local competition laundromats. FYI, average cost to dry with the new dryers is $1.50/load verses $2.25/load of old dryers that were there.
By the way, you forgot to mention how nice and clean the environment is now….and oh yeh, cool from the newly installed A/C! I do hope you left a note at the gas pump as well, from where they increased the price. Your rude note could have been a phone call, but I assume you were too embarrassed to let us know who you are. Guess what?!? You are on camera leaving the note! You were also on camera leaving the door open on a different occasion which allowed bugs/insects to come in.
