-Deep Clean Equipment & Tools. This is so important to a cleaning service, being a professional cleaner it don’t just start and end in these homes and businesses. It’s long days and hours at home of pre soaking rags, mop heads deep washing them to assure sanitation. It’s what comes with running this service.! Recently I was questioned on my prices, I’ve even lost a few clients along the way of my journey due to my prices. This is one of many things that I factor into my costs. The list of things that I factor into quote prices is LONG. Cleaning houses isn’t just take home what I make on a home. Again so many things to factor, but this is one of them. This is something I do more frequently than you’d think every home is a sanitation between and at the end of the day this is what I come home and do my day don’t stop until this is done. Sanitation and upkeep is a staple for my service.
I absolutely love what I do. Am I perfect no. Have I made mistakes yes. But as a cleaner it isn’t just making money and going home. This career is hard it’s challenging and I’m only human trying to support my family and most importantly keep my business growing.! I came across many times Can you break down your quote price . Yes absolutely not a problem at all. I never have an issues explaining my costs. There times I’ve done this and still got questioned or denied quote prices even after they asked important questions that I’m always more than happy to explain! And that’s okay. My service isn’t for everyone although I try my hardest to accommodate prices. I’ve always done what I could and that’s enough for me. I just have to remind myself to value myself, my work & most importantly the expenses, sanitation and up keep that comes with running a cleaning service to grow and keep going. Im learning it’s okay to not get that quote because I didn’t want to adjust my price because another cleaner is cheaper. And that’s okay! 😊 moral to this post and point is I’m not just taken home pocket cash , I’m paying taxes/ dues, upkeep and quality and most importantly my time! When I’m not leaving the sparkle in shine in homes I’m a lot of the times at home spending my time doing this to have my equipment and tools fully serviced and cleaned for all the beautiful homes I service. I appreciate all my current clients and everyone who continues to support me ! Because of you all who support me I am where I am and that’s something I am forever great ful for and will never forget.
