Red Line Cleaning Services is hiring!

Looking for several individuals for part-time / Full-time positions.

We are growing at a fast rate, most part time positions could lead to full time positions in the coming months.

Work will include pressure washing, soft washing, window cleaning, carpet and tile cleaning, and water recovery work.

Will be required to work a minimum 1 shift a week. A shift will be 8-12 hours. We work daytime, night time, and weekends. Occasional out of town work. The concentration of our work is Sunday - Thursday.

This position will start ASAP!

Pay range is $19.00 - $23.50 an hour for part-time. Out of town work includes food stipend.

Must be 18 years or older. Must have a valid drivers license and must have transportation to Mount Airy for shifts. Work can be strenuous at times and is performed primarily outdoors.

Back ground check will be performed before employment offer.

One of our cleaning jobs in Asheville last week. Cleaned these floor to remove the silt, dirt, and mildew left behind from the flooding. We will return after construction to do a final clean and get them to perfection!

We don’t just do exterior cleaning. We can clean all types of floors including concrete, tile, LVP, VCT, and carpet. We can also do concrete grinding and polishing.

One of our jobs yesterday. This wasn’t really a cleaning job but we were hired to fix a problem.

These walkways have a french drain system under them. When it rains, the water goes through the joints in the pavers and to the french drain. Due to grass not being seeded next to the walkway, the muddy hill eroded onto the pavers. The mud and dirt filled in the joints causing the water to sit on top.

The customer had tried pressure washing, but this was blowing out the pea gravel from the drain system and damaging the pavers.

Our solution is recovering the wash water while we are cleaning using mild pressure. We have a large water recovery system that is meant to handle wash water with heavy contaminants. We can also filter the water down to EPA standards for disposing the water on site.

The recovery surface cleaner was used at mild pressures just strong enough to break down the dirt in the joints but not harm the paver or pea gravel underneath. This put the dirt in suspension with the water and is sucked up before it has time to settle back down in the joint.

Customer was thrilled with the result.

Who doesn’t like some good before and afters! These are some of the McDonald’s that we will start to maintain on a quarterly basis. We did a good initial clean at each store. From the roof to the curb we clean the whole property. We regularly maintain 15 to 30 McDonalds stores each month on a quarterly basis. Give us a call if you need your restaurant property cleaned!
