If a pool builder asks for a large upfront payment… be careful. Building a pool is a major investment, and understanding how and when your money is being used should be part of choosing the right builder.

Ask about deposits. Understand the payment schedule. Make sure everything is clearly outlined in your contract before money changes hands.

At Vista Pools, we believe transparency should start before construction ever does. Clear expectations, fair payment structures, and open communication help protect homeowners and create a better building experience from day one.

Planning a pool for next year? Start by asking the right questions. We’re happy to answer them.

When homeowners recommend you without hesitation, that says a lot.

A smooth build comes down to more than the finished pool. It takes a team that communicates, works efficiently, follows through, and keeps the project moving from start to finish.

We’re proud to deliver an experience that leaves homeowners just as excited about the process as they are about the finished backyard.

When your backyard calls for something completely custom, gunite gives you the flexibility to make it happen.

Because gunite pools are built on-site, the shape, size, depth, steps, tanning ledges, spa features and other details can be designed specifically around your space and how you want to use it.

That flexibility is what makes gunite such a great option for homeowners who have a specific vision or a backyard that needs a more customized approach.

A fiberglass pool can offer a faster installation and easier long-term maintenance, but the quality of the installation makes all the difference.

Proper site preparation, a solid base, precise placement, plumbing, backfilling, and attention to detail all play a role in how your pool performs for years to come.

The pool itself matters. The process behind it matters just as much.

Thinking about fiberglass for next year? Let’s talk through the process, available options, and what you should expect from a quality installation.
