Suds In The Bucket aim to keep our clients satisfied and happy with our services but if we do not receive notice of a problem within 24 hours of cleaning, or if you decide to correct the problem yourself, we will not be able to correct the problem for you nor will you be compensated for your inconvenience. Please keep in mind that, if you purchased hourly cleaning, we can only guarantee that the cleaners will stay for the specified time of 9-4 and we may not be able to complete all tasks if time runs short, in which you will be notified that the tasks were not completed and the 2nd day will be needed.(As was mentioned in free quote) In the free quote you are asked for square footage, bedroom and bathroom count and up keep on home, these factors determine the time allotted along with price. ALL DEEP CLEANINGS AND MOVE IN/OUTS ARE GIVEN A 2 DAY SLOT, DEPENDING ON HOW LARGE YOUR HOME IS AND WHAT SHAPE IT IS IN, DETERMINES IF YOU ONLY NEED 1 DAY OR REQUIRES 2.
