Dig, form, pour, set, repeat!

We took advantage of the mild weather last week and got a jump on our first big project of the new year.

What you are seeing is the first steps of what is going to be new drainage, and a very nice cobblestone bin block wall for our friends on Layton Rd.

A complete and total “Do Over” of the lawn for the owners of this new home. We removed all of the bad stuff and replaced it with fresh topsoil. Graded the yard for optimal drainage and runoff, and made upgrades and additions to the drainage system.
