One of the biggest issues I see during inspections isn’t a major mess.

It’s the details.

Fingerprints on doors.
Floor buildup along edges.
Dust on vents.
Water fountain buildup.
Restroom fixtures that haven’t been detailed properly.

These small things are what people notice every day.

Every cleaner is different, and that’s okay.

We all have products and methods we prefer.

Some cleaners like bleach. Some prefer vinegar. Others use hydrogen peroxide. Everyone has their own approach based on their training, experience, and the environment they’re cleaning.

I’m not here to judge how another cleaner works.

Personally, I like bleach, but I’ve learned that no matter what product you choose, the foundation of cleaning is still the same:

Soap and water remove a lot more dirt, grease, and grime than people realize.

Products and chemicals have their place, but good cleaning starts with understanding the difference between cleaning, sanitizing, and disinfecting.

At the end of the day, the goal is the same: a clean, safe environment for our clients.
