🚨FULL SERVICE CLEANING ENDS 9/1/26🚨

Over the next several months, I will be restructuring my business and niching down my services to focus on my true passion for detailed, deep cleaning transformations of Bathrooms & Kitchens.

Starting September 1st, I will no longer offer full cleaning services of occupied homes until further notice. I'll be transitioning my focus towards targeted detailed cleaning of individual rooms such as Bathrooms & Kitchens.

Please note: I will continue to provide Move-in, Move-Out & Post-construction cleaning as usual.

If you were recently quoted for a full service clean or are interested in receiving a cleaning quote for an occupied home, please reach out to me sooner than later as such services will temporarily end on 9/1/26.

Need y’all to settle this…

A client booked a cleaning and paid the non-refundable deposit. When I arrived, I found an active pest issue that wasn’t disclosed beforehand. Per my policy, I couldn’t perform the cleaning, so I canceled the appointment and kept the deposit.

The client feels the deposit should be refunded since the cleaning never happened. My policy says otherwise.

What do you think? Should the deposit be refunded, or should it be forfeited because I reserved the time and showed up? Drop your thoughts below⬇️

Lord I’m just praying I can keep it all up🙏🏿.

Despite what things may look like,
it’s been a serious minute since I’ve been busy!

Not only was I booked this entire week
but I locked in 5 new clients, which was
absolutely HUGEEEEEE for me.

This is not a post to brag but a full transparency detail on how my failure to show up, do the work & stay consistent has deeply affected my business.

I’m talking months with only 2-3 clients and having to hustle doing moving jobs to make ends meet.

I would blame it all on the over saturated industry, my trouble navigating through valuing myself vs. the bitter economy or the idea that I had priced myself out because after 14 years I refuse to work for free.

& while this may be all true, it wasn’t an excuse or an OUT for how I showed up.

& the thing about it is this,
the harder you go, the better the results.

But If you don’t move,
you suffer the consequences.

Show up….it works🙌🏿

This year, I finally retired the broom and made the switch to vacuuming my hard wood floors first.

I wish I had done it sooner as it picks up so much more dust, hair, and debris before I ever reach for the mop.

Yeah I ain’t ever going back to sweeping floors🙌🏿
