Seeking qualified individuals to join our team from mid-July to mid-August during apartment turnover season.

Responsibilities:
- Perform cleaning tasks in accordance with company standards and guidelines
- Clean and sanitize fully vacant apartments to prepare for new tenants

-Detailed cleaning of restrooms, bedrooms, common areas, and kitchens - including furniture and appliances
- Vacuum carpets and mop floors
- Remove all trash
- Follow safety protocols and use cleaning chemicals properly

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in cleaning or janitorial work is preferred but not required
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Good communication skills
- Ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds
-Willingness to wear appropriate work attire, such as closed-toed shoes
-Must be willing to undergo a background check and drug screening
-Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required

We are currently in the process of preparing hundreds of apartments in Morgantown, WV for new residents and are offering multiple work opportunities to meet the demand of the season. New team members should expect to work 20-40 hours a week. Hours worked can be scheduled to accommodate other responsibilities. Long-term employment may be offered based on availability and quality of work.

Qualifications:
Previous experience in cleaning, maintenance, or other general labor preferred
Ability to quickly perform continuous physical activity including walking, standing, bending, scrubbing, and lifting up to 40 lbs
Strong attention to detail
Strong organizational skills
Valid driver's license, insurance, and reliable transportation
