TriCounty Laser Brite is owned & operated by Morgantown natives,
Rob & Vicki Miller. They have been in business since September of
2000. The first priority of Laser Brite will always be to provide the
most thorough cleanings. This is not some multi-million dollar
company w/hundreds of employees. We do NOT over promise just
to under achieve. This is our livlihood, and we
don't make payroll by the
numbers of jobs we can get in a day,
or by adding little extra charges here/there. No, we make our living
by repeat customers who once we've taken care of their carpet/upholstery-
they aren't satisfied with any other company. We have one
customer(realtor) here in Morgantown who we honestly adore,
but wow does she put the pressure on! All her referrals tell us
that she says we make un-savable carpet look brand new. That is
a promise we would never make but do try our hardest to get it
as clean as it can possibly get. "Honestly", that truly is the best
policy. Second to that- taking the time needed to do the job right,
to pay attention to detail. I am not quite sure where we fall in line
on the price ladder, but I can tell you what I have heard again
and again over the past 13 yrs- there isn't any comparison to the
attention and care you get from a "mom-n-pop" operation.
