We are looking for Maid supervisor who is responsible for :
-supervise and run larger job site cleanings
-perform cleaning inspections on new maids
-follow up with customers who have complaints
-help interview and hire new maids
-train and coach new maids on cleaning standards and procedures
-provide onsite estimates
Requirements
-have 1-3 years of professional cleaning experience
-must have own vehicle and valid driver license
-speak and write English
-be able to train and motivate team
-authorized to work in USA and living near Riverside county , California
