Our flat fee is $70 /hour for two staff, what's a minimum of $150
After first clean we like to set a regular rate with our clients.

Dusting
Floors,(vacuum,sweep and wash)
clean Toilets
Sinks
Showers/tubs
Mirrors, & Faucets
Countertops, Outside of Appliance
Table and chairs
garbage removal
Dishes if needed or asked


Add-on $25 each
Inside Microwave, or stove
Pulling appliances out to clean under, or furniture moved (Tops & Under Cushion cleaned)
Patio Door window/ tracks
Wipe Down Leather furniture
Clean Above Cabinets
Inside and outside Washer/ Dryer ( Free of laundry)
Wash inside windows
Change Sheets & Make Bed $10 per bed
Fold laundry one load $10

I have came to find out that most cleaning Company's want you to pick up before their cleaning. We are not one of them! you don't have the time to clean? Over whelmed, we know how you feel we are mom's too. We don't need you to preclean for us, leave the cleaning to us. We want to make your life easier, with less stress not add to it. Toys, clothes, garbage, ECT just tell us what you like done, well get you cleaned ! All done at our hourly rate.
