Replacement was the best option for this carpet, but it wasn’t in the budget. We explained that some staining was permanent and set realistic expectations before cleaning.

While we couldn’t make it new again, we were able to remove years of soil and dramatically improve its appearance. The difference speaks for itself.

Every contaminated area in this room was individually identified, treated, flushed, and extracted to remove as much urine contamination as possible, not just cover it up.

The only way to properly treat pet urine isn’t guessing… it’s identifying every contaminated area first.

Using UV inspection and odor confirmation, we’re able to locate hidden urine spots that normal lighting can’t reveal. Each affected area is then treated individually based on the severity of contamination, not just sprayed over and hoped for.

That’s the difference between masking odors and actually addressing the source.
