We've lived in Moore for over 30 years and if there's one thing I know, its that this community gives in time of need! We may not know how to drive but we know how to give! 🤣 We've put together over 50 bags with Thanksgiving food for the taking. Starting Monday November 17th, we will be handing out bags to anyone that asks for one. One bag per family, please. No purchase necessary. The picture on the right shows whats in each bag. Just ask an attendant on duty. We are attended everyday from 9am-midnight and open 24/7!

There's been a lot of talk lately about funding for school lunches. There's already a system in place for free or reduced lunches, but there are still a lot of families that don't meet those requirements and are having trouble paying for their child's lunch due to the economic conditions as of late. Okie Suds Laundry has teamed up with Moore Public Schools to create a process for anyone wanting to donate directly to the kids' breakfast and lunch accounts. 100% of the donations will go directly to funding negative balances so these kids can still eat a normal lunch meal. As it is, they can charge 5 meals into the negative, then the school gives them a sack lunch, with minimal nutrition. Okie Suds Laundry has committed $500 a month for the rest of the school year to help get this account going. Anyone can donate, and MPS can issue a receipt for taxes, if necessary.
To donate, just email
[email protected] with the amount you would like to donate. They will then send you an invoice from an MPS PayPal account. Then, just pay that invoice. MPS will cover any fees or expenses that occur, so 100% of your donation goes directly to the kids!

BIG NEWS from Okie Suds Laundry! Starting February 1st, we are going to be open 24 hours! We have been overwhelmed with requests to stay open overnight and give everyone a safe and clean place to do their laundry, so here we go! Okie Suds has 2 large comfortable seating areas, 16 security cameras, 2 smart TV's, on-site ATM, 3 vending machines for snacks, drinks and even detergents, and best of all, we have an attendant on duty 16 hours a day to keep things clean and assist you with any of your laundry needs!! We are extending our free wash and dry offer for those affected by the tornados through Friday November 8th! 😀

For anyone that doesn't have power or has been genuinely affected by the recent tornados, you can bring your laundry to Okie Suds Laundry at 1276 N Eastern Ave for free self service usage of our washers and dryers. An attendant must be on duty to assist. We are attended every day from 10am-10pm. Please show ID with affected address. Offer is for November 5th and 6th only at this time. Please share with those that need it!
