So we are currently working on a 4 story medical park job. Cleaning the building exterior, washing the windows, cleaning the sidewalks and curbs. This will be a 5 day project but the rains and storms have stretched it out to almost 9 days. All flat work has to be done at night after hours.

One of our commercial services includes our restaurant customers dumpster area. Keeping a clean and sanitary dumpster area isn't just a good idea, often time it can affect your score from the health department. Some inspections will dock you 5 point just have dumpsters that are not closed and secure.

So we ment to post this last week but never got around to it.

Last weekend we completed the exterior cleaning (softwash) of the Carnegie Library building downtown Montgomery for Montgomery County. This included softwashing the building exterior, cleaning the windows, and pressure washing the curbs, sidewalks and surrounding hardscapes. This building is 120 years old. And has never been properly cleaned. It's shines like a diamond now. See photos below. Our team put in a 14 hour day last Sunday to get it completed in the customer's time requirement. Mission accomplished, job complete, on time, and customer is happy.

This week we have our equipment back in the shop for fall maintenance prepping our fall shopping center services.

We are not working this week. We have had our rig back in Pelham with the fine folks at EcoWash adding a new gas softwash unit to our setup. This will be an $8,000.00 investment. Once the work is complete we can begin booking softwash roof cleanings for the fall part of the season. Also we are happy to announce we are cleaning the windows and building exterior of the prestigious Carnegie Library for the Montgomery County Commissioner this week once we get pick up our equipment on Friday. Stay tuned for that.

So far this year we have invested a total of over $70,000.00 in New equipment for the business this year so we can do a top notch job for you our customers.

Today we are working on post construction cleanup at the new Starbucks on Atlanta Hwy in Montgomery. Red mud is always a problem in Alabama and on a construction site it gets everywhere. So if you want you brand new concrete to look new give us a call!
