We pride ourselves on *NEVER* having to return to a job site to re-clean anything due to *lack of completion* or *lack of satisfaction from any customer*. We get it right the FIRST TIME! When scheduling your appointment it is best to try to give at least a 3 day notice. However, we understand that certain circumstances may arise when someone may need immediate service. We will not turn away any customers who are looking for same day or next day service, as long as we can help it. Once we have cleaned your carpets, you can expect anywhere from 4 to 10 hours drying time depending on *the amount of soiling in carpet (it takes more water to get heavier soiled carpets clean), *thickness of carpets (thicker fibers holds more moisture), and *climate within your home. After all, drying time is simply evaporation time. To get the fastest drying time you must provide the best evaporation environment. Cool air flow works best. Ceiling fans and A/C help the most. If the weather outside is moderate and you wish to open windows, make sure your home is getting a nice breeze throughout. If the weather is too hot and humid or rainy, then close windows and use fans and A/C. In the winter the heater can work against drying times if not countered with a fan or ceiling fan because the moisture in the carpet mixes in the air with the heat to create humidity within your home. Humidity is moisture in the air which will keep your carpets wet longer. More airflow means faster drying time.
