Decided this would be the last pool I clean as ALchemist Water Solutions, LLC. I started this business during a time of uncertainty but now I have a full time job and other commitments and I have decided not to continue doing my own thing on the side. I'm really enjoying my new job so I'm going to keep my focus there and enjoy more time off with friends and family instead of working all the time. Let's all maintain balance in 2024.

We are currently available for Service, Inspections, Pool Schools and hourly consults for things like trouble shooting and equipment/ pool cleaner repairs.

The third product we will review for residential customers is the Consult. The residential consult is versatile and is essentially a trouble call for your pool.

Losing water? Pool always cloudy? Having trouble with algae and can't figure out why your treatments aren't working? Something making a weird sound?

This is a call that has me come out and see if I can diagnose or refer a solution for something that is beyond your own scope. The Consult fee is only $50/ hour. As before since I am not trying to sell you a product or get you to hire me to do any additional work so you can be sure that the info isn't biased or limited. Working in the pool retail sphere for so long, I had many customers asking if I could just come out and have a look. Well now I can.

Another brief product overview for the consumer side; Today we have the Advanced Residential Pool School.

This session is unique as it's more specialized to what the customer wants to know more about. It's also about an hour long and $100. Here's an example:

Algae: Learn about all 3 types, how to kill a bloom of each type, ideal chemistry for a kill, clean up methods after a kill, algae prevention, phosphates, environmental factors, and more.

Advanced Chemistry: We can delve into the specifics of each adjuster, explain the best products for different situations, even explain how each chemical affects the water.

Pool Optimization: How can you save money, how can you improve clarity, how can you extend swim seasons, which equipment is best for me?

This product goes beyond the basics and is designed to really help the pool owner who seeks to fully take on maintaining their own pool. This also lets them tailor the class to area's they haven't had success with on their own and the class can be taken more than once for different subjects. Understanding the pool can save you so much money and headache! This session also includes literature that can be added to your ALchemist Pool Profile Folder so you can refresh your memory if needed.

For a brief overview of offering we will explain our Basic Residential Pool School today.

For the Basic Residential Pool School we will discuss 3 major topics of swimming pool care and maintenance, at the homeowner's pool, as follows.

Chemistry - Testing, Balancing, Ideal ranges, Tips and Cautions
Cleaning - Schedule, How to brush and vacuum, Automatic pool cleaners, Cleaning your filter, Tips and Cautions
Equipment - Skimmers, drains, and returns, Timers, Pool pumps, Chlorinators, Equipment maintenance, Tips and Cautions

Also with every pool school you will receive an ALchemist Pool Profile afterwards. This is filled with all of the pertinent details for your specific pool. This includes your pool volume, equipment manufacturers, replacement part lists, recommended maintenance for equipment and pool type tips.

After years of working in the pool industry I have decided to use all of my knowledge to offer in depth Pool Schools and similar services in the Major Montgomery Area. These aren't your simple run of the mill classes but specific and detailed appointments, at your pool, designed to teach you how to manage it yourself and avoid costly maintenance companies. With additional consult options for varying topics you can have peace of mind knowing that I don't sell products or services. In the future I will offer similar products and services designed for hotels and apartment complex maintenance staff and managers.
