I’d say that’s pretty well plugged up ! We got it cut out and replaced with pvc , flow restored ! And concrete poured back in place .

I’ve got a high pressure high volume jetter now , open big drains , culverts , wash out under truck scales . Just got done washing out this grain bin .

Customer had sewer smell in the basement, turns out this old steel vent had rusted through, got it fixed with new pvc from top to bottom.
