Looking for reliable person to help with carpet, upholstery cleaning.
Duties will be to go with owner to scheduled jobs and help with setting up equipment , cleaning etc.
Potential to learn and work out on your own.
This will start out as a part time job and work into possible full time, if desired.

We are essentially open for business but restricted as what we can do until the shelter in place is lifted:
List of thing we CAN do are:
Move in or move out cleanings
Sanitization of hard surfaces
Sanitization on carpets if needed to a SMALL flooding of sorts or incontinence .

25 to 35 hours per week with a $15 per hour starting pay : once trained could be 40+ hours per week Tuesday-Saturday.
1) meet client/walk-through taking measurements and preparing to clean the carpets:
Measuring the square footage to be cleaned writing it down on the invoice discussing price with client gain their approval to proceed.
2. Cleaning carpets:
Next the technician starts with a thorough vacuuming/edging then determines the right cleaning solution and spot treating if necessary.
After the cleaning process you will use the orbital machine start cleaning once finished you will inspect carpets wipe edges and finish with raking/grooming the carpet.
Lastly you will do a walk-through with the client to make sure they are pleased with the results and then take payment.
You will be required also to be trained in cleaning tile/grout, upholstery, mattress, and air ducts.
REQUIREMENTS:
You MUST have a clean driving record: Pass a background check: be able to lift 80- 100 pounds and have excellent communication skills.
