Can you guess how long it took to clean this Range Hood? The stove, oven, behind and under the stove were just as dirty. The 2 Vent covers alone took about 30 minutes to clean on this vacant unit. While we were out in Pasadena yesterday another team member was at an undisclosed location/business picking up this large rat. It was a busy day in Pasadena training my team member on cobweb removal at a large home. We did a deep cleaning of the inside to make rent ready and removed excessive webs surrounding the exterior of the home. As an owner you have to be willing to to get dirty and do the work yourself. That is the best way to train and gain respect from your team.
