Commercial Truck Driver: Class A or B with Tanker endorsement. You will be responsible for safely operating a truck with a capacity of at least 26,000 (GVW). Job duties will include but are not limited to loading unloading equipment by operating excavation equipment; haul sand, sewage, gravel, and rocks; delivery of concrete septic tanks by operation of knuckle boom or rail truck.
• Must be able to lift 75 to 100 pounds and handle physical daily work of lifting, shoveling or running mixer, other tools needed for the job.
• Strong work ethic
• Must follow company safety procedures, PPE provided.
• CDL Drivers must be over 21, have at least one year full-time verifiable driving experience in the last three years
• Ability to use GPS to navigate.
• Some mechanical experience a plus.
• Must keep vehicle clean and do daily inspections for needed repairs.
• This job is located in Monte Vista, Colorado - applicants must reside within 60 miles to be considered or plan to relocate. Starting wages are based on experience and qualifications for At-Will Employment.

Labor of any sort related to concrete, excavation, septic installation or repairs, or sewer installation, repairs or maintenance such as shoveling; raking, operating hand tools and small compactors, loading or unloading trucks, laying and backfilling pipe. Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds.

Inventory Clerk responsibilities include but not limited to, keeping track of the goods and supplies in the warehouse and manufacturing facility while managing orders to facilitate sales or production.
Provide friendly service to customers while loading inventory.

Facility Janitor responsibilities include maintaining a clean facility by completing a variety of cleaning and yard work tasks.
Duties include but not limited to, cleaning the interior of buildings floors, carpet, rugs, windows, and walls. Disinfect commonly used items like desks, doors, door handles, office tools, phones, sweeping, vacuuming and mopping floors. Maintain outdoor grounds, water plants, pull, cut, spray, or mechanically chop weeds. Remove debris and snow from sidewalks and parking area.

Physical work involved, must be able to lift 75 pounds periodically throughout the day.
This is an at will employment position in a smoke free environment that requires working 40 hour per week with limited paid sick leave and up to 40 hours of paid vacation calculated on hours worked after one year of employment. Since this position requires working around customers with overhead cranes, operating forklifts, and working around heavy excavation equipment, semi-trucks while loading customers and delivery vehicles, you must pass a pre-employment background check and substance abuse test prior to hire.

Position includes work on septic, sewer and excavation sites, laying pipe, setting septic tanks, clearing land or doing roadwork; properly load and unload, equipment and inventory, handle hoses, operate pumps, valves and hydraulic controls.
