Through the years i have learned to gauge who is more likely to book a service with my detailing business and who is not. This post is not to be biased but is solely based on experience. During my operations i occassionally get a few people to walk over to me and ask how much the service is. Some ask for a business card and some just take a picture of my van.
Many of those people that ask how much the service is and i give a range never end up becoming a customer and that is either because of misunderstanding that they are thinking that i am just doing a general car wash and even when i explain to them i am performing a 5 hour full detailing service iy dyill judy ford noy drrm justified to them.
Not everybody is the right fit for your business but based on my experience. Those that have approached me asking for a business card and didn't bother to ask about pricing were those that became a customer.
