Just putting some feelers out before it goes live:

We have a 3 bed/2 full bath coming up for rent in University Park in Monroeville. Gorgeously renovated and completely furnished! The basement has a bedroom and ensuite. Would prefer no animals, but we will consider them with monthly pet rent if it’s a nonnegotiable for a highly qualified tenant. Ample parking and a huge (unfenced) backyard.
