⚠️ Pest Infestation Policy
At AV SaniClean, the health and safety of our team and clients is extremely important to us. To maintain a safe working environment, we reserve the right to refuse, postpone, or discontinue service in homes or properties experiencing active pest infestations.
Infestation Includes (but is not limited to):
* Roaches
* Bed bugs
* Fleas
* Rodents
* Excessive flies or gnats
* Ant infestations
* Other hazardous pest activity
Before Service
Clients are responsible for informing us of any known pest issues prior to their scheduled cleaning appointment. Failure to disclose an active infestation may result in:
* Immediate cancellation of service
* A $300 cancellation fee
* Refusal of future services until the issue is professionally treated
During Service
If our cleaners discover signs of an infestation upon arrival or during the cleaning:
* Service may be stopped immediately
* The client will be notified right away
* Full or partial payment may still apply depending on time spent onsite
Resuming Service
Cleaning services may resume once:
* The infestation has been professionally treated
* The issue is under control
* The environment is safe for our staff to work in
In some cases, proof of pest treatment may be requested before rescheduling.
Health & Safety
This policy helps protect:
* Our employees
* Our equipment and supplies
* Other clients’ homes from cross-contamination
