Anyone interested in building a fireproof ICF (Insulated Concrete Form) garage, home, or cabin near Eau Claire WI? "Perfect Block" uses recycled styro and Portland cement to create an ICF that is insect and fire proof, and needs less cement fill for better insulation value. 250 mph wind resistant, that's my kind of construction. LOOKING FOR PIONEERS: Time to look for some land to start a small Agrihood in the rural areas around Eau Claire. This would be for building and bringing tiny homes and smaller regular homes that are off-grid, and energy and food self-sufficient. Shared wells and composting toilets, solar, batteries, back-up heating systems, rocket stoves, and more. Going to be putting the walls up on the cabin at Camp Victory tomorrow Saturday starting around 11 am in Willard WI. This one is 13' x 25' insulated R-19 with steel siding and steel roof, windows, door and floor for $21,000. We hope to be building more of them. Can have a regular or composting toilet, be hooked up to a well or alternative water supply. Now is a good time to consider putting in a year-round personal or community greenhouse, as things are being sprayed on our food that are not good. Many people are looking at back-up energy solutions. Almost all lithium battery deliveries are 2+ months out. I can get them shipped in a few days....for now. $2/watt Q-Cell solar panels WITH string inverter AND racking for roof or ground mounting can be delivered in days (MN and WI). Would you like to make your home Energy Positive? Supply lines are having issues, the Hyundai Solar Panels I personally have and have sold I cannot get for months. The Korean QCell 430 watt panels are available....for now. With brown and rolling black-outs expected this winter because of the coal shortage issue, you may want to consider getting your solar bought soon. Many large ticket items will be going Pre-sale soon (Pay now and wait months for delivery). After the first major outage, solar will likely sell out within a day. Solar is now about $2/watt with inverter and racking, install yourself or installed is about $1/watt more. Message me to chat about batteries, generators, indoor winter grow methods, and more. I suggest getting whatever you will need for this winter soon though.
