Another paint job underway. We’ve painted the hallway and dining area a flat beige and the kitchen was done in a semi gloss. The ceiling is underway and we will share the final project once trim, crown moulding and doors are completed.

We need to hire janitors to clean a medical clinic in Mobile County. We have 2 positions available: Saraland and Tillmans Corner.

The facility is cleaned 5 days per week, Sunday – Monday – Tuesday - Thursday – Friday.

Salary is $9 to $10 per hour and it take approximately 2 hours to clean. Must live no more than 20 miles away. Serious candidates only. We are conducting on the spot interviews!

Buffing experience a plus!

We have an immediate need for a Floor Care Technician. In this position, you'll be engaged in all aspects of floor maintenance: stripping, waxing, burnishing, sealing, etc. You will work independently or as a two person team.

Preferred Qualifications:
-Floor care experience which includes cleaning, buffing, stripping, and waxing is required.
-Moving furniture before and after cleaning.Stripping and waxing of VCT type floors.
-Cleaning commercial carpets (bonnet scrub & extract).
-Buffing on a routine and project basis.
-Operate and maintain all floor cleaning and finishing equipment such as floor buffers, burnishes, water extraction machines, carpet cleaning equipment, etc.
-Ability to work independently and with a team
-Driver's license and reliable transportation
-Floor maintenance experience required.

6. Taking a 12 Ft piece of aluminum gutter, fabricated it to closely match missing aluminum trim that covers fascia trim.
