Next meeting is Saturday at 11:00 am at Trinity Garden Park outside by the field from 11am to 12am. Just trying to do my part in breaking the mental chain on your brain men. Let work together.

Strong super hard are all the things we want to be and a lot of ppl are. They go some difficult times but they make it thru. Most strong ppl are silent cause they are thinking about how to make it easy for everybody. They are mildly appreciated and most over look when it comes to ppl they help or just there for. The strongest ppl have problems they keep to their self. Most of time still ask how other ppl day are going to still push for the better future. But strong ppl mind are getting weak and a lot of time they are simply cause life is so hard. For the strong ppl that you know going thru a storm ask them how are they doing. What can you do real simply to make them have a better. They will say nothing and you ask is enough but if you know what they like, something very simply do. You will full that strong body, mind and spirit back up on full. To all my strong ppl how are you doing, well I hope. One last thing my father God says hello and he waiting to hear from you. Everything will be okay.
