Let me tell you 3 stories—real people, real outcomes.
A 23-year-old male.
Found in a bathroom, seated on a toilet—gone.
No struggle. No warning. No time to reverse it.
Just fentanyl doing what it does best: shutting down the brain’s drive to breathe.
Quietly. Quickly. Permanently.
A 47-year-old female with a history of m**h use.
This time, it wasn’t just m**h.
It was fentanyl mixed with xylazine.
That combination changes everything.
Because now we’re not just fighting an opioid overdose—
we’re dealing with a drug that doesn’t always respond to reversal medications the way people assume it will.
She didn’t come back.
And then a 16-year-old male.
A kid.
Not in treatment. Not in a hospital.
At a friend’s house, partying.
M**h and fentanyl in his system.
Sixteen years old—and his life ended in a place that was supposed to be safe.
That is the part that never gets easier.

It only does one thing.
And when it works, there is no undo button.
