ROUTE DRIVER HELPER / RELIEF DRIVER

MUST HAVE A VALID DRIVERS LICENSE AND CLEAN DRIVING RECORD

Missoula Textile Services is looking for a highly motivated person who has great attention to detail and enjoys hard physical work to join our team as a Delivery Driver Helper / Relief Driver.

4 day work week, schedule varies Mon-Thu or Tue-Fri and occasionally requires being gone for 2 nights a week.

Pay starts at $18/hr with incremental raises up to $21/hr + Commissions.

Benefits include health insurance, paid time off, paid holidays as well as 401k upon completion of probationary period.

This position requires working as a delivery driver helper / Relief Driver providing exceptional service to customers at their facilities, in and around the Missoula area, by meeting their textile needs.

Daily Responsibilities:

Showing up to work consistently and on time

Riding along with drivers and learning all routes.

Covering routes during absences

Safely operating a company vehicle

Operating a handheld device to obtain customer signature/initials for delivery verification

Consistently lifting 50 lbs +

A/R and some cash handling

Providing good customer service through addressing customer needs and problem resolution
Understanding and applying company policies and procedures

Qualifications:

Must have and maintain a valid drivers license

Must be able to physically lift 50 lbs consistently

Must be able to lift, twist, bend and squat repeatedly

Must have good attention to detail

Must have a strong work ethic and be able to maintain a good work pace throughout the day
