Today, we pause with deep gratitude and remembrance.

On this Memorial Day, we honor the brave men and women who served our country with courage, sacrifice, and unwavering commitment so that we may live freely. We are profoundly grateful for those who gave their lives in service to something greater than themselves. Their sacrifice will never be forgotten.

We also extend our heartfelt appreciation to the families, spouses, children, and friends who stood beside them with strength and love. Service is never carried alone, and neither is sacrifice.

From our family to yours, we send our warmest holiday wishes—and for those who celebrate, a very Merry Christmas. As this year comes to a close, we count our many blessings with deep gratitude for the connections, growth, learning, and opportunities we’ve experienced throughout the past year.

We also hold space in our hearts for those who are struggling this season, and for anyone who has lost a loved one this past year. We understand that the holidays can be filled with both joy and sorrow, and we honor all of those emotions as they come.

There’s something energizing about perfect weather and a project coming beautifully into focus. ☀️

Today we captured a few behind-the-scenes moments of our team hard at work on an incredible outdoor living environment for a truly delightful client—and it’s exciting to see so many key elements coming together.

This project features a custom cabana designed and built by our team, one of our signature outdoor kitchens with refined outdoor cabinetry, and a milestone we’re especially proud of: the installation of a resin-reinforced aggregate surface.

This surface delivers the durability of a traditional patio with an old-world, textural aesthetic—while offering high permeability, a smooth and level finish for furniture, and no active joints to maintain. Low maintenance, high performance, and timeless style—exactly how we believe outdoor spaces should function.

A huge thank you to our partner at SiteOne, and especially Scott Fears, for the training and ongoing support as we continue refining and mastering this innovative system. Continuous learning is how better products make their way to Kansas City homeowners.

Even with today’s progress, there’s more to come. Custom fireplace features, tailored plantings, and final enhancements are still ahead—and they’re going to elevate this space even further.

And finally, a shout-out to our team—for their willingness to innovate, adapt, and lead with craftsmanship as we bring elevated, long-lasting solutions to our clients across the metro.

The structure is coming along beautifully, the details are aligning, and we couldn’t be happier with where this project is headed.
