While our SkimmerMotion surface cleaners are renowned for their ease of use, some customers required assistance with self-installation, troubleshooting, or parts replacement. Previously, customers would reach out via phone or email, leading to delays and consuming valuable human resources.

To address these challenges, we invested in a help desk and created a knowledge base. While these initiatives improved service delivery, they still required manual intervention and incurred delays.

To streamline our support process, I spearheaded the creation of a custom chatbot powered by ChatGPT 4. Trained on hundreds of previous customer interactions and our knowledge base, the chatbot effortlessly provides quality solutions in real-time, eliminating the need for manual intervention. What's more, no coding was required for its development.
Implementation:
After rigorous testing, we integrated the chatbot, dubbed "SkimmerMotion Care," into our website using "Botpress". This user-friendly platform allowed for seamless integration without the need for coding expertise. We also revamped our customer support page, providing easy access to parts purchase and our SkimmerMotion Care service.
Streamlining Support with Zapier Integration:
In this phase, we harnessed the power of Zapier, a widely used automation platform, to seamlessly integrate our email support system with our AI chatbot. By automatically analyzing incoming messages and directing support inquiries to our AI chatbot, we've achieved unprecedented efficiency. In cases where the issue exceeds the chatbot's capabilities, it's seamlessly escalated to our human support team.
