A lot of you have reached out asking what I do when it comes to cleaning. Here is a list of what that entails!
-Dust furniture, décor, wall décor, light fixtures, cabinets, shelves
-Remove cobwebs if needed
-Clean furniture with appropriate cleaner if needed
-Clean and sanitize countertops, kitchen sink, outside all appliances
-Fluff pillows and couches
-Straighten out anything that is out of place
-Make beds
-Sweep hard floors
-Mop hard floors
-Vacuum carpet and rugs
-Clean mud room
-First time deep clean bathroom toilets, tubs, sinks, mirror, countertops, cabinets, light fixtures and floors
*Quote does not include picking up miscellaneous things, toys, clothes, dishes etc.. I can certainly do that but I will need specific instructions and the quote will increase accordingly.
*Quote does not include window washing.
*Tubs, toilets and bathroom sinks are washed, scrubbed and sanitized very thoroughly the first time I come.
*The first time rate is typically higher because I am more thorough and it takes more time to get a feel for your house. The rate will go down significantly if you will want my services regularly and depending on how often you want your home cleaned. After the first time, I will be used to your home so I will get things done quicker and the bathroom deep cleans won't be done every time unless you want them.
I guarantee my work and if there is anything you aren't completely satisfied with, I will make it right at no additional cost!
