Combines are quickly becoming my new favorite thing to polish….

The team and I knocked out the first of two John Deere combines, a swather and a trailer here in Montana.

The oxidation was polished off with ScratchWerkes Pro Shine polishing compound and then we protected it with ScratchWerkes Gold ceramic coating. Even the wheels got protected.

We will have these Barjack polishers on our website by the end of next week. I’ve put this 21mm DA through its paces and it hasn’t skipped a beat.

My personal schedule is booked until after harvest. August is nearly booked for the shop. We only have the last week available, so be sure to put a deposit down as soon as possible.

It doesn’t even have ceramic on it. When properly polished, this equipment shines with the best of them. It’s much more than just getting coating on paint. It’s time, preparation, know how and patience that really make these preservation jobs work. These things, mixed with the proper tools, can bring life back to almost anything.

This 2011 Case 190 was in desperate need of some polishing, so we drove out and took care of it.

We polished all that nasty oxidation off and then protected it with ScratchWerkes Gold Ceramic coating.

Red, green, yellow, black….. so many colors to polish.

Went back to Minnesota for these two and they have a cool story.

Both are single owner. The International 5088 is from 1983 and the red was repainted 20 years ago. Good thick enamel. Today we restored the original 43 year old black with ScratchWerkes Pro Shine polishing compound. We also used Pro Shine on the red and on the John Deere.

The John Deere is a 1995 8300 is not only all original but it’s been on the farm since it was also new. The only thing with new paint on it, are the wheels. We cleaned those up and ceramic coated them to help prolong the inevitable yellow fade…

Everything got protected with ScratchWerkes Gold ceramic coating for easy washing/maintenance and oxidation prevention. This is a durable, very chemical resistant (2ph-14ph) hydrophobic coating that’s only nano meters thick. It’s a one time application. So no need for reapplying anything until it gets worn off or scratched off.
