❄️ As the temperatures drop, it’s time to get cozy indoors! ❄️

Before you turn on your heat for the season, don't forget to get your air ducts cleaned! Over time, dust, allergens, and debris build up in your system, which can lower indoor air quality and make your heating unit work twice as hard.

Benefits of a pre-winter duct cleaning:
✨ Cleaner, fresher air for your home

✨ Improved heating efficiency & lower energy bills

✨ Reduced dust and winter allergens

🚂🇺🇸 THE OPPORTUNITY OF A LIFETIME! 🇺🇸🚂

We are still pinching ourselves over here at Maintenance Plus! This week, our team was handed an absolute honor and a monumental task: we were officially hired to clean and detail the carpets inside the historic Freedom 250 Train ridden by President Donald J. Trump for his historic arrival in Medora, ND!

President Trump followed in the legendary footsteps of Theodore Roosevelt today, riding the rails right into town to dedicate the brand-new, world-class Theodore Roosevelt Presidential Library ahead of the nation's 250th birthday.

From local living rooms to presidential history—we handle it all with the same pride and dedication. A massive thank you to our hardworking crew who crushed this high-stakes job, and to everyone who trusts Maintenance Plus to get the job done right!

Rainy days get you down... but your carpets don’t have to stay that way! 🌧️🤦‍♂️

Minot, we’ve officially survived what feels like the 47th consecutive day of gloomy, rainy weather. While the grass is loving it, your living room carpets probably aren’t.

Between wet shoes, muddy paws, and that damp "wet dog" smell that seems to take over the house, the outdoor gloom has definitely found its way indoors. 🐕🐾

Don't let the weather ruin your indoor vibe! Let the team at Maintenance Plus brighten up your home. We can’t bring back the sunshine, but we can blast away the mud, moisture, and odors, leaving your carpets looking and smelling like a fresh summer day. ☀️✨

Give us a call today at 701-838-4504 to get on our schedule.

You handle the fun outside. We’ve got the inside covered. 🤝

Summer is for making memories outdoors, not stressing over the dirt that gets tracked through the living room.

If your carpets and upholstery are looking a little less than fresh, let us handle the inside for you! Our team will knock out those stubborn stains, high-traffic tracks, and hidden allergens in no time.
