We want to address a recent review that has raised concerns about an incident involving our company.
In March of this year, we discovered that an employee had taken items from a client’s home. The employee was immediately terminated. We worked directly with law enforcement throughout the investigation, assisted in recovering the items, and refunded the client for their loss.
As a business owner, this was one of the most difficult situations we have faced. We understand that trust is the foundation of our profession, and we took swift action to protect our clients and uphold our standards.
We also ask that our current team members not be judged based on the actions of one former employee. Our staff—both long-time employees and new hires—work hard every day to provide honest, reliable, and professional service to our clients.
Since this incident, we have strengthened our hiring procedures by implementing background checks for anyone entering our clients’ homes. We are committed to continually improving our processes and maintaining the trust our community places in us.
Like many small businesses, we have faced staffing challenges, particularly after the termination of this employee. Despite those challenges, our team has remained dedicated to providing the quality service our clients expect and deserve.
