Estate Sales:
If we can we will try to start with an onsite Estate Sale for cleanouts. We can setup and run a 2-5 day estate sale depending on the situation. We w

ill do all the advertising and research to try to get the best price for items available. Full Estate Cleanout:
Circumstances of why vary by family. Maybe you're downsizing/moving to a different state, out of the country. Maybe just down the road. We clean out foreclousures. We do cleanouts after loved ones have passed and you just dont even know where to start. Storage Unit Cleanout:
We do everything down to sweeping it out when we are done. Junk Removal/Dump Run:
We bring the trailer, you fill it or we fill it. Single/Multiple Item Pickup:
Do you have good condition items that you just would like someone to come get for you to make some room in your house. Garage Sale/Estate Sale Cleanup:
We will come after your sale and take everything left for you. We also offer Maintenance repairs/Full home cleaning after cleanout services. What do we do with the stuff we cleanout:
As you can see we sell and donate as much as we can. We have clothing giveaways as often as possible to help the community. Before anything goes to the dump we do what we can to sell or donate what we have. Do we take hazardous material? Paints, gases, oils ect.. all need to be properly disposed of. It's that time of year again we are looking for some worker Pays up to $25. If you can pick stuff up and bring it to a dump trailer you can do this job. If your bf or gf call you all day to argue with you about working this job is not for you. If we need to call and get permission for you to work the next day don't waste my time. March 1 Update

Not quite time yet for a sale. But the update is exciting and promising. We have 3 sales booked for spring already!

1st sale (we just started working on) will be in Lakeland Village (70w Minocqua). Lots and lots of costume jewelry is what we are currently working on. There will be lots of other treasures and household items available as well. Sale date will be determined by the snow/weather. We have outside things that need to defrost first.

The next 2 sales we dont 100% know which one will be next after the lakeland village sale. Once we start setup and working at them we will know more.

Both in Arbor Vitae:

* Tools, tools and more tools, garage items, household treasure, antiques and more!

* Encased model ships & cars, household treasures, furniture and more!

All of the above properties will also be going up for sale as well after each property is cleaned out.

We also have a couple other properties in the talk about a sale as well hoping to secure them for the beginning of summer!

We look forward to see everyone when the sale season begins!

Update 1/11/26
Happy 2026 everyone! 2025 was a very busy year for us. Thank you everyone that came to our sales and/or showed us any support. We look forward to another fun year!

Several people have asked when our next sale is. We would totally have one every weekend of the year if we could. We never say no to estate sales or cleanouts because of the time of year. Some are just a little bit harder to do in the snow.

We have had a couple meetings with potential clients for sales. Definitely some fun estates. When we get started on them we will keep everyone in the loop of when they will be. Hoping for the first one to be in March at this point.

We are always open to come chat with anyone about their estate for an estate sale or cleanout. Let us know if we can help in anyway.
