We love moving hot tubs we have a 5 star review for a reason
We use a software called Thryve to schedule our appointments and keep organized
The software sends texts from different numbers with weird characters at times I apologize up front
What is expected we need pick up drop off address
We need to know how large hot tub is 84”x84”x36”
Hot tub needs to be disconnected empty and ready to move
That mean cover needs to be loose from hot tub not attached by any arm bars
We need a description of the move any hills at pick up and hills at drop off
We can get through 38-42” gates
The system will ask for photos and if I don’t see any I typically will send another message asking for photos
We do ask for deposits of $100 to lock the date and move in …
The times and dates can change from time to time we will send a 2 hour window the day or two before the move is scheduled confirming
