We are implementing adjustments to our scheduling and billing processes. Regarding scheduling, we strive to accommodate each individual's requirements. To optimize our operations, we will provide a designated arrival time window on the scheduled date rather than a precise time. Given the value of our time and current fuel costs, appointments will be scheduled according to location to maximize efficiency. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate all requests for Friday mornings. In terms of billing, payment is expected on the day of service. A late fee will be applied if payment is not received within 5 days.
