Let me introduce our owners.
Dan Garnsey, Jr., his brother Brian Garnsey, Jenny Garnsey, and Chad Norris.
Our owners also own other small businesses that tie into what they do with Bear's Den Property Management.
Dan owns DangIt Cleaning Services.
Brian and Jenny own BearFoot Carpet Cleaning.
Chad owns Dear Mountain Handyman and Cleaning Services.
We all work together very well and someone is always available.

Bear in mind, if you're not there to watch your investment, you should definitely hire a property management company. You handle the rental end, and we handle the cleaners, light bulbs, HVAC filters, hot tub filters, hiring maintenance for anything that needs repair, prep before harsh weather and we check to make sure your investment or 2nd home weathered any storms or extreme cold.
Or how about this one. You plan to come stay for a bit but will be arriving late. You can order a grocery pickup from a local store, we will pick it up, deliver it, and put it away so it's all set for you when you get in.
Give us a call if you'd like to ask about our services. There is no limited sign on time. No yearly or bi-yearly contracts.
