At AJS Sanitation, we are proud to provide dependable local service and have worked to keep rates stable despite rising costs.

Effective June 1, 2026, most services will see a modest rate adjustment due to increased landfill fees, fuel, insurance, equipment maintenance, and other operating expenses. We have kept these increases as low as possible while maintaining the reliable service you expect.

A significant factor in this increase is the landfill’s disposal rate increase of $20 per ton, the largest increase they have ever implemented. To help avoid larger rate hikes in the future, we plan to make pricing adjustments an annual process. Our last pricing increase was in October 2024.

As a locally owned and operated company, we appreciate your business and trust. Your support helps us continue investing in our equipment, employees, and communities. See you at the Dallas County Fair!

🇺🇸 Memorial Day Reminder from AJS Sanitation 🇺🇸

We will be running routes as normal on Monday! We took a vote, and the guys decided they’d rather spend the day visiting all of our awesome customers. 🚛😎

If you see them out and about, be sure to wave or say hi!

And don’t forget — with all the cookouts, graduation parties, and family gatherings this weekend… please have your trash out Sunday night so we can keep routes running smoothly Monday morning.

We hope everyone has a safe and meaningful Memorial Day weekend as we remember and honor those who served our country. 🇺🇸

🚛 Customer Reminder from AJS Sanitation 🚛

As spring cleanup projects and outdoor activities pick up, we are seeing more dumpsters blocked on pickup days. Please make sure your dumpster is free and clear for service before your scheduled pickup.

Our drivers will not be stopping to call and ask for vehicles, trailers, toys, brush piles, or other items to be moved. If you are home and available, we are happy to wait briefly while you clear the area. Our drivers will not move your vehicles.

For safe pickup and to help avoid damage to vehicles or surrounding property, please allow at least 4 feet of clearance on all sides of the dumpster. Our trucks need adequate space to safely back up, lift, and dump the container.

We appreciate your help and cooperation in keeping routes running safely and on schedule! ♻️
