So this is really pretty cool - Today while doing an inspection for a real estate sale I came across a termite tube. I scraped a small section and one of the termites lands a foot away and almost immediately is snached up by an ant and hauled off... look for it …

So a customer is hearing noises in the attic. We put out a squirrel trap and some rat traps because 90% of the time that's what we're dealing with... well Thursday night at 10:30 she is sitting in the living room in view of the kitchen watching a movie when she hears something that sounds like it's coming from the cabinet above the stove... she discounts it until she sees the cabinet door slowly being pushed open... she screams "NO" and grabs a walking cane and hits the cabinet door shut... the unknown critter makes his way back into attic and she musters up the courage to open the cabinet door. She sees a box of Cinnamon Toast Crunch that was opened from the top and almost fully eaten. She tapes up the cabinet doors and sends a text and leaves voice-mail for us... we respond the next morning and figure we need a larger trap and as you can see we indeed did... we got him last night
