Esteamed Carpet Care has an immediate opening for a full time permanent carpet cleaning position. Our 8 hour workdays are Monday - Friday with no on call and no weekend work required.

Starting pay is $20.00 an hour during a 90 day probationary period and then goes to starting salary of $45,000+ a year (negotiable for applicants with substantial previous experience) with provided medical insurance paid 100% (for employee). If you already have medical and do not need coverage from Esteamed then the pay rate would be increased based on our current medical coverage costs.

Esteamed takes care of technicians by providing reliable consistent pay over the course of the entire year which is a bit busier over the summer months and can get slower over the winter holiday months. We offer one weeks paid vacation after the first year and two weeks paid vacation after the second year of employment.

Technicians are provided all necessary equipment and are required to drive a company vehicle and as such we require a current/valid Washington State drivers license and a good driving record.

Our customer base is made up of multi family apartment complexes from the South Everett area down to the I90 corridor. Most of the apartments homes that we clean are vacant. Servicing multi family buildings guarantee us steady and consistent work. We have service contracts with and strong working relationships, cultivated over the last 26 years in business, with many of the larger multi family corporations in the area.

Experience in carpet cleaning and or installation/repair preferred though not required as we will provide training on all the services we offer.

Esteamed Inc. has an immediate opening for carpet cleaning and repair technicians. Experience is preferred though not required. Applicants with carpet installation experience will also be considered. Our technicians work out of Esteamed provided service vehicles so a clean driving record is a MUST.

There is a 90 day probationary period and after 90 days our techs go to a base hourly or 25% commission on sales, whichever is greater. After their first year our techs are usually averaging in the high teens to low twenties an hour. The work week for this position is Mon-Fri but may change to Tues-Sat. We offer paid vacation after the first year of employment.
