Monday update !!!! They're killing my small business tomorrow marks one month they have had my unit I guess if you don't have 30K to buy a new one you bite the bullet and wait.. worst customer service and service I have ever seen I've been cleaning carpet for over 23 years and never have experienced anything like this... 😡

We are facing a delay of another week for the new pulley. The parts for my cleaner, sourced from Washington State, are encountering considerable delays. I had an opportunity to visit today and observed their reaction when I arrived unannounced. 5k later here's the progress 😡

When your van is your livelihood, every day it sits in the shop is a day you’re taking a hit. 🚚🛑
It’s incredibly frustrating when a shop treats your business vehicle like a hobby project. No urgency, no communication, and meanwhile, a small business is completely down.
To all my clients who have been patient with me while we deal with these delays, I appreciate you more than you know. Still fighting to get back on the road and doing what we do best. 💪

I apologize to anyone who has attempted to contact me for carpet cleaning services. Unfortunately, the cleaner in the back of my van is currently out of commission and is being repaired in a shop. The issue requires a motor replacement, but the repair process is being delayed. I anticipate being operational again by the end of this week or early next week at the latest.
