The Counter Customer Service person who greets and helps customers in our stores is the most important person at Your Cleaners and Valetone Cleaners. You are the face of our company. We rely on you to provide outstanding service; maintain a clean, customer-friendly environment; tag, sort and hang customers clothing and, naturally, operate the register.
Job Details
What Will You Do?
Provide prompt, efficient and courteous customer service
Maintain a clean, customer friendly environment in the store
Ring customer sales on a computer cash register
Receive cash from customers and give correct change
Sort, tag, hang and bag clothing items
Perform all regular cleaning activities and other tasks that are included on job assignments
The Counter Customer Service position requires the following:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively with customers and coworkers
Comfortable using a computer
Reliable transportation
Friendly and warm personality - enjoy talking with people
Attention to detail
Physical Requirements
The Counter Customer Service position requires standing, bending and reaching. Frequent lifting of one to five pounds and occasional lifting of up to 20 pounds are required.

We are seeking a Dry Cleaning & Shirt Presser to become an integral part of our team at Your Cleaners and Valetone Cleaners. We are looking for team-oriented, attention to detail, responsible, reliable and outgoing individuals. Signing Bonus Paid on starting work.
Your daily activities would include pressing and other tasks to perform high-quality service to our customers.
Responsibilities for Dry Cleaning - Shirt Presser:
• Your daily activities would include pressing pants, shirts, jackets of all sorts
• Operates steam, hydraulic or other pressing machines to remove wrinkles from garments.
• Perform other production tasks, as assigned.
• Maintain minimum speed per hour while maintaining quality standard requirements.
• Standing, bending and reaching. Frequent lifting of one to five pounds and occasional lifting of up to 20 pounds are required.
Ideal Candidates Will Have:
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent attention to detail with the ability to handle client's garment with care
• Good hand/eye coordination and the ability to physically lift and move clothing
• Experience: Previous experience desired - will train
Qualifications:
• Experienced in pressing pants, shirts, jackets
• Standing while working, repetitive movement, using hands and feet to operate the equipment.
• Good coordination, dexterity, and rhythm.
• Follow safety procedures and guidelines.
• Meet production goals.
• Maintain high-quality standards
